Tasting it will remind you of the strawberries of your childhood... an unrivalled flavour...

Its name is entirely appropriate: the very pronounced taste is reminiscent of the wild strawberry. And another strong point... its production period is longer: you can find it all summer long!

Caroline, based in the plain of La Roque d'Anthéron, produces and processes Mara des bois strawberries.

In smaller quantities, she also produces raspberries, white cherries (Napoléon and Coeur de pigeon), 'Goutte d'or' green figs, watermelon for jam, mint and verbena (AB certified by Ecocert).

And as the icing on the cake, Caroline transforms her fruit into delicious jams... and also syrups and coulis: enough to make your taste buds go wild!
