At Mas de Jossyl, the cuisine at Bistrot du Parc celebrates local ingredients, the seasons, and the emotions they evoke. This vision is now being revitalized with the arrival of our Chef, Samuel Penalver Soto, a native of the Durance Valley who is deeply attached to his native Provence.
Trained at the Auberge de la Fenière, then alongside Chef Éric Sapet at La Petite Maison de Cucuron, he has developed a sincere and generous style of cooking, where local ingredients and traditional recipes play a central role. Today, at the Bistrot du Parc, Samuel offers a sunny and authentic Mediterranean cuisine, inspired by the seasons and the riches of our region.
Each dish is designed to offer much more than a meal: a moment of pleasure, an emotion, a true experience to be savored at Mas de Jossyl.
The restaurant features two air-conditioned dining rooms as well as a pleasant covered terrace that opens onto the park on sunny days.

During the International Piano Festival, the restaurant is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner to welcome festival-goers, artists, and visitors in a warm and refined atmosphere.
