The menu is packed with over 56 ice cream and sorbet flavours in 100 different combinations. From the pure cream ice cream and fruit-packed sorbet free of artificial flavourings to the meringue and raspberry sauce, everything here is homemade.

The potted history is that Le Quillé opened in 1982 in Miramas le Vieux. A second eatery opened in La Roque d’Anthéron in 2015.
